Our loose leaf Masala Chai has robust and full-flavored black tea blended with traditional Indian Masala spices. Warm and an inviting fragrance, this zesty flavor (without being too hot or spicy) is both aromatic and invigorating.
Recommendation: Masala Chai should be brewed strong and served sweet with steamed milk and sugar.
Ingredients: Indian black tea, ginger root, cinnamon, green cardamom,
with natural cinnamon, ginger and vanilla flavors.

This recipe makes 2 cups of Masala Chai:
Take 1 or 1 1/4 cups of milk, add 2 heaping teaspoons of Masala Chai. Bring to a boil. When boiling add 3/4 or 1 cup of whole milk (preferably) and bring the mixture to a boil again. Let it simmer and cool for a minute. Strain and serve sweet.
